Lavendal is one of the first projects I ever created for my portfolio back in 2014. The logo was purely created with Photoshop. I imaged a very female and organic brand. It came to life with product packaging and billboard ads.
Slender is my favourite brand. I have fond memories of making up this brand whilst working in television. A former colleague and I gave ourselves a time limit of half an hour to come up with a popcorn brand. To my surprise when the timer rung, we discovered our ideas were on completely opposite spectrums. She was thinking of cinema and horror films and I had envisioned a healthy supermarket product.
I produced the SWR ad illustration above during a competition among three other candidates for a Jr. Art Director role in Germany. The hiring advertising agency gave us all 3 companies to choose from and to produce an ad that would represent their client the best. Unfortunately, I did not make it to the final round for that position. Yet I was still proud of my end design and the concept I came up with for the South West German radio station.
Tesi is another self-made brand I produced for my old portfolio. As a graphic designer, I hadn't had the chance to market for a male fashion brand. So I sent myself the challenge to come up with a modern - male brand that spoke to the younger audience and the alternative style that was trending.
